Troy, NY -- Rensselaer County District Attorney Mary Pat Donnelly announced today that Michael Bermudez-Gagnon, 34, was arraigned this morning on an indictment in Rensselaer County Court. The indictment charges him with count of Murder in the 2nd degree, a class A-1 felony.
Bermudez-Gagnon is accused of murdering Brent Reed, 32, of Rensselaer on September 21, in the area of John Street in the City of Rensselaer. Bermudez-Gagnon pled not guilty.
