Troy, NY -- Rensselaer County District Attorney Mary Pat Donnelly announced today that a Rensselaer County Grand Jury indicted Carlos Corrales-Ramirez, 20, homeless, of the crime of Murder in the 2nd Degree, a class A-I Felony, in violation of Section 125.25, subdivision (1), of the Penal Law of the State of New York.
Corrales-Ramirez was arraigned in Rensselaer County Court at 9:30 am today by the Honorable Judge Debra J. Young.
The defendant is accused of causing the death of Jairo Jesus Hernandez Sanchez, 28 of Troy, on September 2, 2023 in the City of Troy.
