Intake Form
This clinic provides mental health and treatment services to the residents of the Southern portion of Rensselaer County. Mental Health Outpatient treatment services for children and adolescents are provided at this site. Telehealth delivered services are available via this clinic. Interpreter services are available. Services available include: Crisis intervention, Diagnostic assessment, Individual, family and group therapy, Medication Management, psychological testing and telehealth.
