NYS Blind Annuity Applications

Legally blind veterans may be eligible for a $1,000 a year New York State Blind Annuity. Applications and further information on the annuity can be obtained by contacting the New York State Division of Veterans' Affairs, Blind Annuity Unit, 5 Empire State Plaza, Ste 2836; Albany, NY 12223-1551. Unremarried surviving spouses of deceased blind veterans also may be eligible for the benefit.
