The Public Health Department includes six main Divisions consisting of Administration, Children with Special Needs, Environmental Health, Laboratory, Medical Examiner and Nursing.
Public Health works closely with other county agencies; including the County Clerk, District Attorney's Office, Public Safety Department and Sheriff's Department and cooperates with State and National agencies to ensure the health and well-being of the county's residents and guests.
