The ICM program is designed to serve severely and persistently mentally ill adults and seriously emotionally disturbed children and adolescents. This 24 hours a day program provides aggressive outreach and support to individuals who either overuse emergency room and inpatient services or drop out of services.
A separate team serves children at risk of hospitalization or placement. The program has the capacity to provide wrap around services. Access is by referral from an outpatient treatment program. |
